What to expect at your first visit
Our friendly team members will gladly greet you, help you check in, and guide you through your initial office visit. During this appointment, Dr. Alexander or Dr. Hoffman will perform a thorough orthodontic exam, review your medical and dental history, and discuss all aspects of your potential treatment in clear, easy‑to‑understand terms.

If orthodontic treatment is recommended at this time, we will schedule an appointment for diagnostic records. When time allows, these records can even be completed on the same day as your initial visit. Diagnostic records may include clinical photographs, orthodontic models or a digital scan of the teeth, and necessary x‑rays to fully evaluate your bite.
Dr. Alexander or Dr. Hoffman will carefully review these records to create an individualized treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Our aim is always to provide care that is both efficient and as comfortable as possible from start to finish.
We are here to answer any questions you may have, so please don’t hesitate to ask at any point in the process. Orthodontic treatment is a team effort, and your treatment will progress more smoothly when you understand how and why each step is being taken.
